These terms cover text messages and calls from the telephone lines operated by Coss Communications (Charley Coss, sole proprietor, Portage, Michigan) and the website comm.charleycoss.com.

Michigan Election Integrity Texts — (313) 379-9945

What it is. Coss Communications sends text messages from (313) 379-9945 to volunteers in Michigan election-integrity programs, such as poll challengers, poll workers and legal volunteers, who have signed up to receive them. Messages include training and event reminders, assignment and schedule details, election-deadline and schedule-change notices, and replies to volunteers' questions. We do not send marketing or fundraising texts.

How to join. Check the text-message box on the Michigan Election Integrity Texts sign-up page or the Communication Preferences page, or text START to (313) 379-9945. After you join, you'll receive one text confirming your subscription.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies, typically 2–8 messages per month and more in the weeks before an election.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for texts; any charges come from your wireless carrier under your plan.

How to stop. Reply STOP to any message. You can also reply STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, OPTOUT or REVOKE. You will receive one text confirming you are unsubscribed and no further texts from that line. Reply START to join again.

Carriers. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy. Mobile numbers and opt-in information are never sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy.
